Biography

Sasikumar Duraisamy is the Wind Resource Manager at InterContinental Energy. He, together with project partners, is responsible for wind power resource optimisation, planning, studies, and design work scopes. Sasikumar has extensive wind resource experience including identification of potential sites, layout optimization, climate data analysis, and load assessment. Previously at AMEA Power, he was involved in all elements of the development, construction, and operational supply chain including techno-commercial scoping. He had also contributed to assessing over 15GW of onshore wind energy projects at Vestas. Sasikumar holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Anna University, India, and a Postgraduate degree in Construction Project Management from Loughborough University, United Kingdom.
