Rebeca Rivera Lamata is an accomplished professional with a strong background in wind energy and a proven track record in driving innovation and collaboration in research programs. With experience spanning technical, operational, and strategic lead roles, Rebeca has contributed to advancing wind energy including lidar based for power curve solutions across Europe. She brings extensive expertise in Standardization, having actively participated in IEC committees since 2002, shaping international standards that underpin the global energy transition. This long-standing involvement reflects her commitment to harmonising practices and ensuring quality and safety in the industry. Currently, Rebeca is the Founder of WindColab, a Denmark-based company dedicated to fostering collaboration and accelerating innovation in the wind energy sector. Her mission is to create synergies between stakeholders, enabling smarter solutions for a greener future.
