Biography

Uzo Okoye is a senior programme management professional with over 20 years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled initiatives across multiple sectors. She has held responsibilities, delivering large-scale operational transformation, governance frameworks, and performance improvement programmes. Her work spans digital transformation, adoption, and organisational readiness, with a particular focus on aligning  technologies to business strategy with measurable outcomes. Uzo is currently a Doctoral Business Administration (DBA) researcher, with research focused on the implementation and adoption of AI-driven predictive maintenance in renewable energy systems, particularly offshore wind. In her spare time, Uzo goes on long walks listening to music and watching the world go by.
