Biography

Uzo Okoye is a senior programme management professional with over 20 years of experience leading complex, technology-enabled initiatives across multiple sectors. She has held responsibilities, delivering large-scale operational transformation, governance frameworks, and performance improvement programmes. Her work spans digital transformation, adoption, and organisational readiness, with a particular focus on aligning  technologies to business strategy with measurable outcomes. Uzo is currently a Doctoral Business Administration (DBA) researcher, with research focused on the implementation and adoption of AI-driven predictive maintenance in renewable energy systems, particularly offshore wind. In her spare time, Uzo loves to write novels, go on long walks listening to music and watching the world go by.
