Biography

As a PhD in metrology, he taught at the Military Technical Academy (1976-1993), was a senior researcher at the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology (1993-2008), is a senior expert at Construction machinery and Industrial works CONINCO joint stock Company (2008 to present), had 2 reports at International Conferences on Physics (2005, 2014) and is the author of 5 patents, including 2 on wind power (2012, 2024) granted by the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam and two other on wind power inventions currently under registration (2022, 2024). As a metrology expert and having 12 years of experience working in the field of wind energy, he discovered the shortcomings of WT efficiency measurement - the basis for the Report at this Conference.
