Biography

Marceli has 17 years of experience in wind energy, specialising in wind measurements, wind farm layout design, and energy yield assessments. He has worked internationally with leading technical consultancies on offshore wind projects in Europe, the United States, and Japan. At PGE Baltica, he leads an engineering team, contributing to the design of Poland’s first offshore wind farms. He holds a Master’s in Renewable Energy from the AGH University of Krakow and a postgraduate diploma in Data Engineering from the Warsaw School of Economics. He also earned an MBA from WSB – National Louis University and is a certified APMG project manager.
