Oscar Manuel Garcia-Santiago is a PhD candidate about to completing his dissertation. His expertise spans from Large Eddy Simulation to mesoscale modelling within the Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) framework, focusing on enhancing wind farm parameterizations in the WRF model.
