Biography

George Dimas received the B.Sc. degree and the Ph.D. degree in machine perception and computer vision from the Department of Computer Science and Biomedical Informatics, School of Science, University of Thessaly, Greece, in 2018 and 2023, respectively. From 2025 he is the head of the R&D department of nvisionist S.A. He has coauthored more than 30 papers in international peer-reviewed scientific journals and conferences. He has also acted as a Reviewer for several international journals. His research interests include machine learning, computer vision, and biomedical signal and image processing.
