Biography

Muyao Li is a PhD candidate in Built Environment Department at Eindhoven University of Technology. He has a background in civil engineering and data science. His research interest lies in AI techniques in structural health monitoring and risk assessment. In his current PhD project, the objective is to develop a holistic AI-aided structrual health monitoring system using different damage detection techniques for wind trubine blades, providing a remote and efficient solution for blade damage diagnosis and prognosis. His work is part of the Holi-DOCTOR project funded by the Dutch Research Council (NWO).
