Biography

Joseph Anthony Vitulli is a senior wind resource and energy yield consultant within Ramboll’s Wind Site & Yield Department. Currently residing in the Netherlands, he holds a master's degree in renewable energy, having specialized in Wind Energy. Anthony has over five years of dedicated wind resource and energy yield experience serving both the onshore and offshore wind energy sectors with a global track record. Along with assisting clients with pre-construction energy yield assessments, and early-stage developments, Anthony has further experience in post-construction operational energy yield assessments as well. Furthermore, he brings two years of impactful R&D experience while at TNO, having contributed to studies about the future role of offshore wind in the Dutch energy system, power-to-X opportunities, offshore wind resource studies, and more. He is passionate about topics important for offshore wind farm development and the industry’s overall success.
