Biography

Scott is an expert in metocean and lidar data, bringing over a decade of experience in wind resource assessment and offshore data systems. He joined Green Rebel in 2022 following eight years at ZX Lidars, where he held senior roles spanning engineering, data quality assurance and client support. He holds a degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University and has post-graduate experience in CFD modelling at the Centre for Renewable Energy Systems Technology. As Green Rebel's Head of Data Science, Scott leads the delivery and interpretation of high-quality datasets for offshore projects, being accountable for the end-to-end delivery of all data outputs, ensuring integrity, traceability and alignment with client and regulatory requirements. His direct engagement with stakeholders ensures data solutions are not only technically robust but also operationally relevant.
