Biography

Bruno has been working in the wind industry for over 11 years where he held multiple technology-focused roles. Since 2024, he is the founder & CEO of ExpertWind, a data-driven digital service provider in the wind industry that helps owners and operators in extracting the most out of their wind farms through state-of-art data processing and domain expertise. After studying Aerospace Engineering in both Instituto Superior Técnico in Lisbon and Supaéro in Toulouse, he worked initially as an assistant researcher in the Toulouse Institut of Fluid Mechanics on works focused on wind farm wake effects and wind turbine performance. Later he joined Sereema where he held multiple positions including Head of R&D and Chief Technology Officer and led the company's technical and technology development for more than 8 years.
