Biography

Kaiya is a statistician specializing in machine learning, computational linguistics and geospatial analytics. She studied Mathematics and Statistics, and worked in data intelligence and modelling aiming to reduce gender-based hate-speech and election interference on social media platforms before moving to the renewables sector. She completed her MRes in the field of Wind and Marine Energy Systems and Structures, focusing on the development of computationally efficient resource assement methodologies. Joining Nadara in 2024, she now works as a Wind and Site Engineer, using mathematical and programming skills to develop and enhance analysis processes.
