Biography
Florian Jäger is working as a research associate at the Fraunhofer Institute for Energy Economics and Energy System Technology (IEE) in the Wind Resource Characterization group and at the University of Kassel in the department of Sustainable Electrical Energy Systems. Since 2018, he has been investigating scanning lidar measurements for wind energy applications with a focus on uncertainties and turbulence measurements as part of several research projects, some of which he has also led. In 2016, he obtained his PhD in Mathematics from the University of Münster.
