Biography

Javier joined DNV in 2022 as a wind analyst and currently is part of the GIS & Analytics team. He is currently undertaking pre-constructive energy production assessments and is specialized in projects where no measurements are available. Javier holds a bachelor’s degree in Physics and a master’s degree in Big Data Analytics.
