Session description
Some of the hottest topics in wind resource assessment: Wakes and Blockage. While often treated separately in engineering models and then combined in terms of superposition, their complex interactions among themselves and with the atmospheric boundary layer are resolved in CFD modelling approaches. In this session you will see both rapid and high-fidelity modelling results alongside with real world experimental data.
