Biography

Hans HELMRICH holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ICADE (Spain), an MBA in Sales and Marketing from IE University (Spain), and completed the Chief Operating Officer Program at MIT xPRO (USA). He joined Enfinity Global as Head of Global Operations, where he leads the deployment of the company’s renewable energy portfolio, driving operational excellence, supporting future growth, and advancing circular economy initiatives across the renewable energy industry. With more than 25 years of experience in general management, operations, innovation, sustainability, and sales, Hans has held senior leadership positions across several multinational companies. Before joining Enfinity, he served as COO at Acerinox and previously as Chief Global Manufacturing Officer at Cooper Standard. His career also includes leadership roles at Saica, Johnson Controls and Webasto. Having worked across the United States, Spain, Italy and Germany, Hans has extensive international experience and a strong track record of driving innovation, industrial transformation, and R&D initiatives across global organizations.
