Biography

Pim Somers is project manager Nature-Friendly Offshore Energy at the North Sea Foundation, a Dutch environmental NGO working towards a clean and healthy North Sea that is sustainably used. He is a marine ecologist working on policy and stakeholder engagement. He focuses on monitoring and mitigation measures for ecological effects of offshore energy infrastructure, nature-friendly decommissioning and landfall of offshore energy.
