Senior Consultant Circular Wind Energy Innovation, TNO - Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research

Biography

With a background in materials engineering and almost two decades of experience in offshore wind, I have dedicated my career to making wind energy more sustainable and circular. I have initiated and led a wide range of national and European innovation projects addressing circularity challenges across the wind energy value chain. As Portfolio Manager for Circular Wind Farms at TNO, I lead innovation on circular wind farm solutions, ranging from design for circularity and responsible use of critical raw materials to decommissioning, reuse, remanufacturing, and high-value recycling, helping to create a truly circular offshore wind sector.
