Biography
Dr. Mitchell Rencheck is a Sr. Research Engineer at the Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) where he leads the end-of-life (EOL) management for wind energy research portfolio and projects regarding EOL management of solar energy and circularity for the energy sector. Dr. Rencheck received his B.S. and Ph.D. from Purdue University in Materials Engineering. Prior to joining EPRI, he was a postdoctoral research associate at Oak Ridge National Laboratory where he focused on wind turbine blade and carbon fiber composite recycling and circular economy development.
