Dr Daniel Korbel leads the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Science Policy Unit which brings together evidence on health and sustainability themes, making it accessible to decision makers to highlight the key challenges and potential solutions. Dan has a background in the life sciences and has worked in advisory and leadership roles for a range of organisations in the charity and public sectors, including the Wellcome Trust, UK Research & Innovation and the British Council.
