Session description

Repowering is one of the quick-win solutions to achieve the EU’s renewable energy targets in Europe. In light of the recently approved revised Renewable Energy Directive (RED III) this session will explore what has changed for repowering permits, how Governments are setting out new rules to facilitate repowering, and how this will affect the actual amount of repowering taking place in Europe.
