Eoin Bailey is an Innovation Lead with a passion for sustainable development and restorative circular economic business practice. Having held manufacturing, government advisory and guest lecturing positions, he joined CELSA Group in 2018 as UK Innovation Manager, supporting the strategic delivery of their innovation, circularity and zero carbon vision.
