As Senior Data Analyst at ZX Innovations (part of ZX Lidars), he leads the team responsible for the monitoring, calibration, and data assurance of Lidar units, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of factory-validated systems deployed worldwide. With a PhD in Physics from the University of Nottingham, James has developed advanced tooling and internal standards that streamline data workflows across the business.
