Session description

As renewable energy technologies continue to advance, existing wind farms may undergo upgrades or repowering, creating opportunities for the trade and reuse of pre-owned wind turbines and components. This session will shed light on the dynamics, challenges, and benefits of participating in the second hand market. We will examine the viewpoint of buyers as they discuss the business considerations of and processes related to buying pre-owned wind farm equipment.
