Biography

Allan K. Poulsen holds a Master Degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Physical Chemistry. He has been working the last five years in the Vestas Innovation & Management Office and is Head of Advanced Structures and Sustainability. Focus is on development and implementation of sustainable materials, processes, concepts and components for Vestas´ future manufacturing and product portfolio. He has been working with business, technology and material development throughout his whole career. He is active in several national and international wind organizations on sustainability and a part of the core group working across the full Vestas value chain with development and implementation of Vestas global sustainability strategy.
