There are many job profiles in this sector that you probably don’t know about. But everybody has a place in it, regardless of gender, age or ethnicity.
The EU-funded project FLORES (Forward Looking at the Offshore Renewable Energies) interviewed 16 people working in the offshore renewable energies sector across Belgium and the Netherlands to raise awareness about careers in offshore renewables.
