Statistics for 2022 show that turbine orders in the EU were down nearly 50%, and not a single investment decision was made in an offshore wind farm last year. The EU is very keen to help – they’ll be tabling a raft of new measures over the next few weeks. But what do these proposals contain, and can they get us back on track?
