The offshore wind supply chain will have to support increased demand for offshore wind in Europe. 111 GW are set to be installed by 2030, up from the 22 GW today. This will have huge implications for the supply chain and its logistics. More efficient operations, technological development, and investments in ports infrastructure will support this.
