After registration, you will receive a further e-mail closer to the event from our provider Swapcard containing your access to the virtual conference platform. Please note that the access credentials to the Swapcard platform will be sent to the email address used to complete the registration process. Upon completing your registration, you should receive a further e-mail from the event from our provider swapcard containing your access to the virtual conference platform within max 30 minutes from receiving this confirmation.

Important: Please note that this duration can extend beyond 30 minutes if your registration was completed outside working days/hours (Mo-Fri – 9am-6pm CET).
