Session date and timing<\/strong>    <\/h2>\r\n  <ul>\r\n   <li>Bookmark the <strong><a href=\"..\/programme\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">online programme<\/a><\/strong> for the date and exact timing of your session.\r\n<br>\r\n<!---\r\n      <em>=&gt; Note: Check it regularly as it is regularly updated. <\/em>---><\/li>\r\n\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n\r\n  <h2 id=\"session-prep-call\"><strong>3. Session preparation calls<\/strong>\r\n  <\/h2>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>Each session is led by one or two session chair(s). <\/li>\r\n    <li>The session chair(s) &amp; WindEurope will schedule a session prep call to:\r\n       <ul>\r\n       <li>Discuss the session and the content of the presentations or discussion. <\/li>\r\n       <li>For presentations: agree on the title of your presentation with the session chair. If the title changes, inform the conference team by email (techworkshops@windeurope.org)<\/li>\r\n       <li>Discuss and agree on the topics to be discussed during the session. <\/li>\r\n       <li>Determine the running order of the presentations and\/or questions to be discussed<\/li>\r\n       <li>Address any other relevant topics.<\/li><\/ul><\/li>\r\n       <\/ul>\r\n  <h2 id=\"PPT-requirements\"><strong>4. PowerPoint (PPT) requirements <\/strong>\r\n  <\/h2>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>All speakers should create a PowerPoint presentation, unless otherwise agreed with their session chair. Check <strong><a href=\"..\/recommendations#presentation-recommendations\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><u>here<\/u><\/a><\/strong> for tips and tricks when creating your slides<\/li>\r\n    <li>Submit your presentation file in PowerPoint <strong>format: 16:9. <\/strong><\/li>\r\n    <li>Do not include live links to the internet but instead, use screenshots. <\/li>\r\n    <li>If your PPT contains audio, video, or unusual files, please inform the conference team by email (techworkshops@windeurope.org) in advance so we can make the necessary technical arrangements. <\/li>\r\n<!---     <li>Upload your slides to the <a href=\"https:\/\/windeurope.org\/tech2025\/portal\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">presenters' portal<\/a> when final<\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Back-up copy<\/strong>: bring a copy of your presentation to the event venue on a USB memory stick.<\/li>\r\n--->\r\n  <\/ul>\r\n\r\n<!---<h2 id=\"posters\"><strong>5. Onsite briefing session<\/h2>\r\n<p>The briefing is mandatory for all speakers and chairs to attend; it starts 30 minutes before the session in the speaker room. A conference team member will send you a calendar reminder for this.<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n    \t<li>Opportunity to meet your fellow speakers and chair before the session starts    <\/li>\r\n\t<li>Discuss any outstanding points<\/li>\r\n    \t<li>Make fellow speakers &amp; conference team aware if any changes were made in your presentation<\/li>\r\n    \t<li>Recap on stage arrangements and logistics<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>After the briefing, a conference team member will escort you to the session room. <\/p>\r\n  \r\n<h2 id=\"presenting-during-the-event\"><strong>6. Presenting<\/strong> <strong>during the event<\/strong>:\r\n  <\/h2>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li>All presentations will be uploaded and launched from the AV booth in the conference rooms.<\/li>\r\n    <li>Only single projection will be available during your session. <\/li>\r\n    <li>You will be able to move through your slide with a clicker. <\/li>\r\n    <li>For changes to your presentation, please inform the WindEurope staff by email the day before the event at the latest. <!---For changes to your presentation, bring your new presentation on a USB stick to the speakers' room. Do I need to submit a paper? <\/strong>\r\n  <\/h2>\r\n  <ul>\r\n    <li><strong>Scientific papers<\/strong> \r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>For confirmed speakers who submitted an abstract under the Science and Research Track, submission of a scientific paper is <strong>mandatory<\/strong>. See <strong><a href=\"..\/are-you-submitting-a-paper\/#scientific\">here<\/a><\/strong> for guidelines.<\/li>\r\n      <\/ul>\r\n    <\/li>\r\n    <li><strong>Non-scientific \/ industry papers <\/strong>\r\n      <ul>\r\n        <li>Confirmed speakers that submitted an abstract under the Industry Track can optionally produce a full paper in addition to the presentation. This will be included in the online conference proceedings for the event.
