The role of the programme committee is to guide the development of the workshop’s programme.
Programme committee members advise WindEurope on defining the topics for the call for abstracts, take part in the review and selection of submitted abstracts, and help build the conference and poster sessions.

Pep Moreno has been involved in the wind industry for more than 25 years. He holds a PhD in atmospheric physics started at Risø (now DTU) where he was for 3 years and led the Wind & Site department of Ecotècnia (later Alstom, now GE) for 9 years.
He founded online wind modelling service, Vortex in 2005 and has been its CEO since then. In his free time, he is learning to sail. He has been very active lately in putting in writing his thoughts about business, technology, humans and the environment.
