Rozenn Wagner is a senior researcher at DTU Wind Energy. She has been awarded with a PhD degree from DTU in 2010. In her PhD thesis she developed the concept of rotor equivalent wind speed measurement with ground based lidars for wind turbine power performance measurement. Since 2011 she has been an active member of the maintenance team for the IEC standard for wind turbine power performance measurement (TC88/MT12-1). She is the manager of the research project UniTTe (Unified Turbine Testing) developing the basis for future international standards for power curve measurement and loads assessment with nacelle lidars.
