{"id":41,"date":"2026-06-09T15:17:43","date_gmt":"2026-06-09T15:17:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.windeurope.org\/eolis2026\/?page_id=41"},"modified":"2026-06-09T15:22:54","modified_gmt":"2026-06-09T15:22:54","slug":"how-to-get-there","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/windeurope.org\/eolis2026\/practical-information\/how-to-get-there\/","title":{"rendered":"How to get there"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"inner\">\r\n  <div class=\"row\">\r\n    <div class=\"col-md-12\">\r\n\r\n<h2>Getting there by plane<\/h2>\r\n<p>From the airport you can reach the event venue (Bilbao Exhibition Centre \u2013 BEC) by public transport or by taxi:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3>By public transport<\/h3>\r\n\r\n <ol>\r\n\t<li>Take the airport <strong>Termibus A3247<\/strong> for 2 stops and get off at <strong>Moyua Square<\/strong> (you will now be in the city centre).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>To get to the BEC from here, walk to <strong>Moyua metro station<\/strong> and then take the metro for 7 stops, getting off at <strong>Ansio metro station<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Take the BEC exit and the venue will be right in front of you.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The whole journey from the airport takes around 45 minutes. The journey from Moyua (city centre) to the BEC is only 15 minutes by metro.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<h3>By taxi<\/h3>\r\n\r\n<p>A taxi journey from the airport to the centre of Bilbao takes 20 minutes, and should cost you around \u20ac25-30. The <strong>Ansio metro station<\/strong> is right outside the event venue.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n \t<li>The trip from the city centre (via Moyua metro station) to the venue (via Ansio metro station) takes 15 minutes. A one-way ticket costs \u20ac1.70.<\/li>\r\n  \t<li>You can also purchase a top-up <strong>Barik card<\/strong> for multiple metro journeys.
