Note: Like many places in Belgium, Ghent<\/strong> goes by different names! In the local Dutch and in German, it is Gent<\/strong>. In French it\u2019s called Gand<\/strong>. And in English, Ghent<\/strong>! \r\n Even the train station uses different names \u2013 in Dutch, you\u2019ll be travelling to Gent-Sint-Pieters<\/strong>; in French, Gand-Saint-Pierre<\/strong>.\r\n So make sure you know where you\u2019re heading before you hop on the train!<\/p>\r\n
