{"id":131,"date":"2017-06-19T13:37:08","date_gmt":"2017-06-19T13:37:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/192.168.16.123:8080\/projects\/website\/confex2017\/?p=131"},"modified":"2017-07-03T09:34:49","modified_gmt":"2017-07-03T09:34:49","slug":"submit-your-abstract","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/windeurope.org\/confex2017\/news\/submit-your-abstract\/","title":{"rendered":"Submit your abstract"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"inner\">\r\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\">\r\n  <p>7 July is the closing deadline to submit your abstract for WindEurope Conference and Exhibition 2017<\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n\r\n<section class=\"inner\">\r\n<p>From the 28 \u2013 30 November 2017, over 8,000 participants will gather in Amsterdam for the WindEurope Conference &#038; Exhibition.<\/p>\r\n<p>Do not miss your chance to take part in this international event!<\/p>\r\n<p>We are seeking abstracts relevant to the following topics:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n  <li>Resource assessment<\/li>\r\n  <li>Turbine technology<\/li>\r\n  <li>Supply chain, O&amp;M &amp; logistics<\/li>\r\n  <li>Health &amp; safety<\/li>\r\n  <li>Integrating wind power into the electricity market<\/li>\r\n  <li>Environmental impacts &amp; social acceptance<\/li>\r\n  <li>Finance<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Abstracts from wind energy specialists will undergo an objective <a href=\"https:\/\/windeurope.org\/confex2017\/conference\/call-for-reviewers\">peer review by WindEurope members<\/a>, ensuring that the programme features work of the highest standard.<\/p>\r\n<p>Scientific abstracts on relevant topics will undergo a separate review by members of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eawe.eu\">European Academy of Wind Energy<\/a> (EAWE) and selected papers will be published in the open access <a href=\"http:\/\/iopscience.iop.org\/journal\/1742-6596\">Journal of Physics: Conference Series<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<p>Successful abstract authors are invited to present their work with a poster.
