All fees below are listed in EURO and include 21% NL VAT.<\/h4>\r\n

WindEurope reserves the right to amend the listed prices should the prevailing rate of VAT be increased or changed. If participants are found to be ineligible for the category and\/or the discount under which they have registered, WindEurope reserves the right to adjust the registration fees applied. Member registration fees are reserved exclusively for participants from companies that pay a direct membership fee to WindEurope for 2017. Proof of status for Academic\/NGO\/Non-profit and Student is required during the registration process. The online rate will be in effect until 26 November. From 27 November onwards, the on-site rate will apply.<\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n

Speaker and Poster Presenter passes<\/h2>\r\n

Speakers and Poster Presenters benefit from preferential registration fees. Invitation to register will be sent by the Conference Secretariat. If you register with the reduced fees and later cancel your presentation, WindEurope reserves the right to charge the full amount for your registration. Group registration<\/h2>\r\n

For a group registration, a minimum of 10 participants is required and the same fees as for individual participants apply. To qualify for a group registration, all passes must be purchased at the same time and paid in one transaction using one form of payment. Please note that participant’s contact details (full name, company name, address, country and email address) are mandatory for the name list submission. A group reservation document will be available on the registration page and has to be sent to registration@windeurope.events<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Press registration<\/h2>\r\n

Free registration is available for accredited press members to cover WindEurope Conference & Exhibition 2017. All press accreditations will be subject to a manual approval process by our press department – find out more<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n
