The Poster Area is on Level 1, near the conference session rooms. Participants will also have the chance to meet poster presenters and discuss their findings during the poster session.<\/p>\r\n\r\n     <p>The main Poster Session and Poster Awards Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, 9 April from 17:15 to 18:30 in the Poster Area.<\/p>\r\n\r\n     <p>This year, we will also organize guided poster tours as part of the main poster session, offering attendees the opportunity to explore a selection of posters and learn more about the research presented.<\/p>\r\n\r\n <hr>\r\n\r\n<h2>Press Room<\/h2>\r\n\r\n     <p>A Press Room is available for accredited journalists throughout the event. Staff are available to help with any queries from speakers or session chairs. Speaker briefings will take place in the Speakers\u2019 Room 30 minutes before the start of your session.
