Here\u2019s everything you need to know about catering options during our event:\r\n\r\n<hr>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"row\">\r\n    <div class=\"col-md-12\" style=\"margin-top:2em;\">\r\n\r\n<h2>Buffet Lunch<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>Lunch is served every day of the event from 12:00 until 14:30 in Hall 9 and Hall 10.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>Buffet lunch is included only with certain types of passes.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>To check whether your pass includes the buffet lunch, please visit the <a href=\"https:\/\/windeurope.org\/annual2026\/registration\/\">Registration page<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>Please note that buffet lunch vouchers cannot be purchased onsite, so we encourage you to verify your access in advance.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Please be informed: <\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\r\n\t<li><p>It is <strong><u>not<\/u><\/strong> possible to book a table in the buffet lunch area.<\/p><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\t<li><p>A table in each hall is reserved as priority seating for attendees with reduced mobility.<\/p><\/li>\r\n\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\r\n <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/windeurope.org\/annual2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/images\/information\/catering\/buffet.jpg\" alt=\"Buffet\" \/>\r\n       <\/div>\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n<h2>Cash outlets<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>If your pass does not include buffet access, you\u2019ll still have plenty of choice.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>Throughout the event, several cash outlets will be available, including grab-and-go options and food trucks located along the Avenida.<\/p>\r\n\r\n \r\n<a href=\"https:\/\/windeurope.org\/annual2026\/wp-content\/uploads\/files\/information\/20260415-catering-outlets.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"button\">See catering outlets location and opening hours<\/a>\r\n<br>\r\n\r\n<h2>Business Lounge and Coffee Bar areas<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>Need a break? Looking for a quiet space to work or an informal place to meet? Our Business Lounges and Coffee Bar areas are available for all visitors during opening hours in the Exhibition and Conference areas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>What you\u2019ll find:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Complimentary coffee and tea in the Coffee Bars<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li>Specialty coffee available in the Business Lounges<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li>Comfortable seating for short breaks, work or impromptu meetings<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\t<li>Open to all visitors \u2013 seating is first-come, first-served (no reservations)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<!-- \u00e8 Add floorplan of business lounge \/ coffee bar areas and logos of sponsors when available -->\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Sustainability<\/h2>\r\n\r\n \r\n    <p>Our Buffet lunch menu is in line with our sustainability strategy to minimise event\u2019s carbon footprint. It offers a variety of vegetarian, vegan and fish options. To reduce the event\u2019s environmental impact, meat will not be served at our buffets, lowering the carbon footprint associated with meat products.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>We are working with Mice Catering, our official catering partner who is one of the first catering companies in Spain to achieve the <a href=\"https:\/\/eventsost.com\/empresas-certificadas\" target=\"_blank\">Eventsost Premium certification<\/a> to provide the buffet lunch and catering in the Exhibition.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <p>Together, we are implementing the following:<\/p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Replacing single-use materials with reusable, compostable, and biodegradable alternatives<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>Prioritising local, organic, fair trade, and seasonal products wherever possible<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>Working exclusively with suppliers committed to fair labour practices<\/li>\r\n\r\n \t<li>Measuring carbon footprint of our catering<\/li>\r\n\r\n\t<li>Donating surplus food and collaborating with non-profit organisations<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2>Food waste reduction<\/h2>\r\n\r\n    <p>Our shared ambition is to move towards zero waste. We carefully plan quantities to minimise surplus food. When excess food remains, it is donated through partnerships with organisations such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.olvidados.org\/en\/home_en\/\" target=\"_blank\">olVIDAdos<\/a>, an NGO that collects and distributes surplus food to disadvantaged families.\r\n\r\n<\/section>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Great conversations start with great food.
