Build up\/breakdown period<\/h2>\r\n

During build-up and breakdown contractors and exhibitors are requested to be registered and wear build-up\/breakdown wristbands, high-visibility jackets at all times and to comply with the Health and Safety regulations. Please find more details in the files listed above.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Orders of services with the Bella Center<\/h2>\r\n

Any changes in invoices issued by the venue will trigger additional admin fees, so please be careful when ordering services for exhibitors. We prepared a short explanation highlighting parts that might be a bit tricky. Read here how to order services on the BC web shop.<\/a><\/p>\r\n\r\n

Access to the Exhibitor Zone: login and password<\/h2>\r\n

All companies exhibiting at WindEurope Annual Event 2025 will receive login details for the Exhibitor Zone which also gives access to the exhibitor manual including all order forms in October 2024.<\/p>\r\n

If you have been entrusted by an exhibiting company to make all necessary arrangements and complete all compulsory forms, please ask your client to forward you this information.<\/p>\r\n
