Confirmations are subject to a manual approval process.<\/p>\r\n            <p><strong>Member&nbsp;passes<\/strong>&nbsp;are reserved exclusively for participants from companies that pay a direct&nbsp;membership&nbsp;fee to <a href=\"https:\/\/windeurope.org\/membership\/meet-our-members\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">WindEurope<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/greenpowerdenmark.dk\/medlem\/vores-medlemmer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Green Power Denmark<\/a> for 2025.<\/p>\r\n            <p><strong>Press pass &#8211;<\/strong> Free registration is available for accredited press members to cover the WindEurope Annual Event 2025. All press accreditations will be subject to a manual approval process by our press department.<\/p>\r\n            <p><strong>Speaker and Poster Presenter passes<\/strong> Invitations to register will be sent by the Conference Secretariat. For more information, please contact: <a href=\"mailto:conference@windeurope.org\">conference@windeurope.org<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n        <div class=\"col-md\">\r\n            <p><strong>Student pass &#8211;<\/strong> Only full-time enrolled students can benefit from the student rate.<\/p>\r\n            <p>Proof of status from the Registrar&#8217;s office verifying full-time status is required to process your registration. Part-time students, post-doctoral and PhD candidates with an income and others who cannot meet the above criteria are not eligible for the discounted student rate.<\/p>\r\n            <p>Each student registration will be subject to approval.<\/p>\r\n            <p>If participants are found to be ineligible for the category and\/or the discount under which they have registered, WindEurope reserves the right to adjust the registration fees applied.<\/p>\r\n        <\/div>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n    <hr>\r\n    <h2 id=\"groups\">Group registration<\/h2>\r\n    <p>It is possible to do a group registration for the event. If you have more than 1 person to register, you can do this easily at the end of your registration process.
