The X-Rotor is a radical offshore  wind turbine that has the potential to reduce the LCoE of offshore wind energy.  The concept consists of a vertical axis primary rotor and horizontal axis  secondary rotors. <\/p>\r\n      <p> In the morning session (11:00 \u2013 12:30), we&rsquo;ll  provide a high-level overview of the concept and the work completed in the  XROTOR EU project.
