PUBLISHING LICENCE<\/h2>\r\n<p>Conference Series operates a publishing licence, <u>under which authors retain copyright of their papers and they no longer need to sign and submit copyright assignment forms.<\/u> \r\nAny author who wishes to publish in IOP Conference Series must agree to the terms of the licence and by submitting a paper for publication it is assumed all authors of the paper agree, in full, to the terms of the licence. The licence terms and conditions are available <a href=\"http:\/\/conferenceseries.iop.org\/content\/quick_links\/IOP_Proceedings_Licence\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">online <\/a>.<\/p>\r\n<strong>Preparing your full paper \u2013 IOP templates and guidelines for proceedings papers<\/strong>\r\n<p>IOP Conference Series uses author-supplied PDFs for all online and print publication. Authors must prepare their papers using Microsoft Word or LaTeX, according to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/publishingsupport.iopscience.iop.org\/questions\/templates-and-guidelines-for-proceedings-papers\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">journal guidelines and templates<\/a><\/strong>, and then convert these files to PDF.<br> \r\nFull author guidelines and instructions on preparing your paper, along with templates, can be found on the IOP Conference Series website. You can find the templates and guidelines below and online <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/publishingsupport.iopscience.iop.org\/author-guidelines-for-conference-proceedings\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">here<\/a><\/strong>. Please read everything carefully. <\/p>\r\n<h2>2. ESSENTIAL GUIDELINES<\/h2>\r\n<p>Please follow these essential guidelines when preparing your paper:<\/p>\r\n         <ul>\r\n\t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cms.iopscience.iop.org\/alfresco\/d\/d\/workspace\/SpacesStore\/ac424614-d325-11e0-adda-5d01ae4695ed\/simpleinstructions.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Basic guidelines for preparing a paper<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cms.iopscience.iop.org\/alfresco\/d\/d\/workspace\/SpacesStore\/999bfe76-32dc-11e6-a415-496188f8a415\/References.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Guidelines for preparing reference lists<\/a><\/li>\r\n       <\/ul>\r\n<h2>3. TEMPLATES<\/h2>\r\n<p>Authors must prepare their papers using our Microsoft Word or LaTeX2e templates, and then convert these to PDF format for submission:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cms.iopscience.iop.org\/alfresco\/d\/d\/workspace\/SpacesStore\/f67538ae-18b2-11e4-831a-29411a5deefe\/WordGuidelines.zip\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Microsoft Word templates<\/a><\/li>\r\n\t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cms.iopscience.iop.org\/alfresco\/d\/d\/workspace\/SpacesStore\/a83f1ab6-cd8f-11e0-be51-5d01ae4695ed\/LaTeXTemplates.zip\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">LaTeX2e class file<\/a><\/li>\u00a0\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>4. MULTIMEDIA<\/h2>\r\n<p>If you would like to submit multimedia to accompany your paper, you might find these guidelines useful:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li><a href=\"https:\/\/cms.iopscience.iop.org\/alfresco\/d\/d\/workspace\/SpacesStore\/543c25b6-cd8f-11e0-be51-5d01ae4695ed\/Multimedia guidelines.pdf\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Multimedia guidelines<\/a><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>It is important to ensure that when you submit your paper, it is in its <strong>final form ready for publication<\/strong>, and has been thoroughly proofread. IOP does not copyedit papers and will not send out author proofs prior to publication. <\/p>\r\n<p>Post-publication changes are not permitted, unless there are exceptional circumstances, so please ensure your paper has been checked for errors. Post-publication changes are made at the sole discretion of the publisher (IOP). And the publisher (IOP) reserves the right to charge an administrative fee. Please note that this will not be paid by WindEurope.<\/p>\r\n<h2>5. WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE<\/h2>\r\n<p>When preparing your paper ensure that you follow the author guidelines. We recommend writing a paper <strong>between 6 and 10 pages (excluding the reference list)<\/strong>. When preparing your paper please check that:<\/p>\r\n<strong>General<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Paper size is European A4.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Margins are 4cm (top), 2.5cm (left and right) and 2.7cm (bottom).<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The PDF is free of formatting errors (e.g. corrupt equations, missing or poor resolution figures), since conversion from Word to PDF can introduce formatting errors.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The PDF file is editable and not password protected.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>A thorough proofread is conducted to check standard of English and ensure wording is clear and concise.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>The paper includes the author names and affiliations (full address including country).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Text<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Text is single spaced, not double spaced.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Ensure that your paper includes an abstract.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Reference lists are checked for accuracy. References can only be linked via CrossRef if they are correct and complete.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n<strong>Layout<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<liThere are no page numbers, or headers and footers, within the paper.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>All pages are portrait (landscape pages should be rotated).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<strong>Graphics<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Figures are placed within the text, not collected at the end of the document.<\/li>\r\n\t<li>Any multimedia files you wish to publish online<\/li>\r\n\t<li>JPCS encourages authors to submit multimedia files to enhance the online versions of published research articles.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h2>6.
