Biography

Jesus M. Busturia holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering having participated in numerous national and international research projects. Since 2001, he has been involved in renewable energies, mainly in Wind at GAMESA, CENER (the Spanish National Research Institute for Renewable Energies) and MTOI Wind Turbines (a Spanish Wind Turbine manufacturer). He joined NAUTILUS in 2015 as Managing Director and now he is leading the transition from the conceptual development phase of the floating foundation to the design and manufacture of its first full-scale prototype.
